One of the things I love about the Instagram community and blogging is getting to ‘meet’ people who share the same ethos as me when it comes to designing and creating quality products. Liberty Kelly is just one such brand.

“I forget every year how much I love this and then I look up one midwinter day and it takes my breath away. I also forget every time how knackering it is to solo parent for a week when you’re not used to it (seriously, single mothers of the world, I bow down to you – how the heck do you do it?). That has also taken my breath away this week, in quite a different way! But with any luck he’s about to walk through the door.”

It is in moments when life feels so all consuming, that slowing things down matters the most, and often finding the time and focus to do just that, requires much more to slow down. I love this capture, as it demonstrates, that even in the most consuming of times, you can take a moment, even a fleeting one such as this, to focus and enjoy something so beautifully simple for ourselves.
