A treat for the senses with 100% natural bath and body products from 100 Acres
As mentioned in previous posts, I am someone who is very choosy about what I use on my skin. Having sensitive skin, I have come to learn that natural bath and body products are what work best for me, so I was absolutely thrilled when I received some products from 100 Acres, made in the English countryside, using 100% natural botanicals and essential oils.
100 Acres products are beautifully packaged; the design is classic and very appealing. As a graphic designer, I absolutely love their branding and the bath oil, in a green bottle has a timeless quality to it and once empty would make the perfect bottle for some garden flowers. These products are so good looking, that they now sit proudly on my bathroom shelf, where I keep all the ‘nice stuff’ for Mummy… nowhere near all my daughter’s bath toys! These products don’t contain any nasties; no parabens, petrochemicals, sulphates, artificial colourings or fragrances. 100 Acres products are not tested on animals, so they are suitable for vegetarians.
Not only do 100 Acres product range look, smell and feel amazing on the skin, the botanicals used, help the mind and spirit too. Taking a long soak in the bath with 100 Acres Relax Bath & Body Oil, I felt completely relaxed and spoilt. Made from two of my favourite scents, the lavender essential oil worked to calm and relax, whilst the jasmine essential oil was wonderfully uplifting. Used direct on skin, or poured into a hot bath, I highly recommend this product, a real treat for the senses as well as the body and mind.
I have also been using 100 Acres Body Wash; with a blend of sweet orange and rose geranium essential oils, it worked wonderfully to wake up my neglected, dull skin, leaving my body refreshed and uplifted, perfect for my daily morning shower. The smell is incredible and also left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and nurtured. After my morning shower with 100 Acres Body Wash, and evening soak in the bath with 100 Acres Relax Bath & Body Oil, there is no better treat, than 100 Acres Body Lotion.
In only a few days, 100 Acres Body Lotion has become a firm favourite in my skincare routine and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a treat for themselves or to give as a gift. 100 Acres Body Lotion smells gorgeous and is easily absorbed into the skin; I don’t wear perfume unless I am going out somewhere nice, so this is an ideal product for me; the blend of relaxing lavender and calming chamomile essential oils leaves me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated throughout the day.
