Wild & Gorgeous in the woods
With Autumn in the air and all the changes the season brings to the woods, our wardrobes are gradually making the shift to warmer Autumn clothing. We took a walk in the woods earlier this week, my daughter wearing her beautiful new Autumn dress from Wild & Gorgeous.
Much like the seasons changing, Wild & Gorgeous have been going through a transition of their own; evolving from the established girlswear brand ilovegorgeous into Wild & Gorgeous. Just this month, they have launched boyswear, with the same aesthetic and design values as their much loved beautiful clothing for girls.
For wild boys and gorgeous girls, Wild & Gorgeous clothing has a classic feel, with an enchanting twist. Using the most beautiful fabrics, texture and detail; all these elements can be seen in their new AW16 collection which launched September 2016.
For my daughter, I chose the stunning Stork Dress in ‘Bottle Green‘. This casual, every day girls dress is just like the type of classic clothing I wore as a child.
Made from soft, fine needlecord, with a pretty square neck, it also has a beautiful embroidered bodice detail. The lining is incredibly pretty too; a muted floral pattern which has a lovely timeless quality to it.
The Stork Dress dress has been perfect over the last week, as the cooler days begin to set in here in the woods.
The relaxed and robust dress looks great with delicate shoes, or chunky boots to stomp around the woods. Worn with socks, or thick tights, this is the ideal dress for Autumn and Winter.
My little girl absolutely loves her new dress from Wild & Gorgeous, and I know it will be a dress that will worn time and time again over the coming months.
This coming weekend, is the last weekend that Wild & Gorgeous are having a sale on all their remaining ilovegorgeous stock, so you can get an extra 30% off their sale using the code ‘extra30’.
If you are looking for children’s clothing for your child or as a gift, visit Wild & Gorgeous or see them on Instagram.
Please Note: I have not been paid for this post, I did receive a gift card to spend on an item of clothing we liked. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
